摘要
头孢合成制药废水具有可生化性差、生物毒性强、直接生化处理具有生物抑制作用等特点。对该种废水使用铁碳一体式填料先进行微电解预处理,能够减轻生物毒性,提高可生化性。根据试验结果,优化反应条件,将最佳反应条件控制为:p H值3.0,适量曝气条件下,反应时间90 min,填料与废水固液比控制在600 g/L时,该废水COD浓度降解效果最佳,可达到41%。该方法操作简单,适于工业应用,成本较低,预处理后的污水可生化性得到提高,适宜进一步生化处理。
Cephalosporin synthetic pharmaceutical wastewater has the characteristics of poor biodegradability, strong toxicity and inhibitory effect on microorganism to direct biochemical treatment. With the help of iron-carbon micro-electrolysis pretreatment, the biotoxicity can be reduced and the biodegradability can be improved. According to the test results, through optimizing reaction conditions, the best reaction condition was : pH 3.0,reaction time of 90 minutes, solid-liquid ratio of 600 g/L. At the same time, COD removal rate reached the highest level of 41 % . It was easy to operate, suitable for industrial applications, low cost, and the biodegradability after pretreatment can be improved, which was suitable for further biochemical treatment.
