摘要
为了提高库存周转率,降低物流成本,中国移动通信集团广东有限公司东莞分公司实施全流程管控,在供应链前端以存定需、以存定购,并建立供应商协同机制,在中端实施入出库计划管理、多维度库龄预警等策略,在后端推进闲置物资、废旧物资的快速处理,显著降低了库存,提高了库存周转率。
In order to improve the inventory turnover rate and reduce the logistics cost,China Mobile Group Guangdong Co.,Ltd Dongguan Branch implemented the whole process control. At the supply chain front the quantity of demand and purchases is determined based on inventory and the supplier coordination mechanism is established. In the middle of supply chain,the strategy of inbound and outbound plan and storage age alert is implemented. At the end of the supply chain,the rapid processing of idle materials and waste and old materials is promoted. As a result,the inventory is significantly reduced and the inventory turnover rate is improved.
