大型发电设备制造企业储运系统设计

摘要 文中以某大型发电设备制造企业储运中心信息化优化为背景,基于"实物转送的装箱清单与MBOM集成"方案,设计并建立了装箱发运平台,打通了设计、生产、发运的全过程,解决了长期以来装箱发运与生产管理脱节的问题,建立了基于用户需求的产品成套及物流管理模式。 This paper,taking the optimization of logistical center informatization for a large power generation equipment manufacturer as background,based on proposal of Integration of Packing List with Actual Product Transmit and MBOM,designs and builds the packing and shipping platform including the full process of design, manufacture and shipping, provides solution for the information separation between packing, shipping and production management. The completion of product and logistic management mode based on client’s requirement are formed.
