随着电子商务的发展,我国快递业如雨后春笋般发展起来。文中通过SWOT分析,对我国快递业发展面临的机会和威胁以及具有的优势和劣势四个方面做了全面分析。可以从健全相关法律法规、重视专业人才的培养、加大信息系统建设投入和强化企业客户关系管理四个方面加强我国快递业的发展。

With the development of electronic commerce,express industry developed have sprung up in China. In this article,I analyze the development of the China express industry in opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages through the way of SWOT analysis. We can strengthen the development of China's express delivery industry from four aspects: improving the relevant laws and regulations,attention to the cultivation of professional talents,increasing investment in information system construction,strengthen the enterprise customer relationship management.
