摘要
太赫兹波处于10^(11)~10^(13)Hz,介于微波和远红外之间,是极具研究和开发价值的新频率资源。近年来,随着空间载荷技术的飞速发展,太赫兹频段的空间载荷所表现出来的高分辨率性能和轻小型化特点更是让人叹服,由于国内外研究机构越来越重视太赫兹技术,太赫兹空间载荷系统方面的开发和应用研究获得了极大的发展。文中详细介绍了国内外对太赫兹技术的空间应用,并且指出了发展方向。
Terahertz band shows a good research and application prospect because it is located between infrared and millimeter wave(10n ? 1013 Hz).With the development of space technology,the high resolution and miniaturization of the THz systems is amazed.The space systems of the THz technology are developed rapidly due to research institute the pay at-tention to it. The space applications and its development of Terahertz technology were presented in this paper.
