摘要
提出了一种基于半模基片集成波导(HMSIW)的带通滤波器,通过在HMSIW的金属基片表面刻蚀周期性结构,来实现带通滤波器的传输通带和反射阻带的频率响应特性。在此带通滤波器的基础上,引入一种单层电磁带隙(EBG)结构,从而在滤波器高频段阻带引入传输零点,提高阻带特性。通过对EBG结构的传输特性分析,使用仿真软件CST MICROWAVE STUDIO进行仿真优化达到理论验证。
A band-pass filter based on half mode substrate integrated waveguide( HMSIW) was presented. By etching the metal substrate moment periodic structure, frequency pass-band transmission and reflection stop-band response was ob-tained. A single electromagnetic band-gap( EBG) structure on this band-pass filter was used to achieve high frequency stop-band transmission zeros and improve properties of the stop-band for the filter. Through studying he transmission characteris-tics to the EBG structure and using simulation software CST MICROWAVE STUDIO , the theoretical resule were verified.
