This paper analyzes the overall situation,characteristics,existing problems,main gaps and causes of intensive and economical utilization of regional construction land,from the aspects of its status,dynamic change trend and management performance.Furthermore,the paper makes clear the improving direction of intensively and economically land use,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
