摘要
宁紫薯4号系江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所以徐紫薯5号为母本、宁紫薯1号为父本进行人工杂交,经多代鉴定试验选育而成.2014~2015年国家区试长江流域多年多点鉴定试验结果表明:宁紫薯4号的平均鲜薯产量33 637.5kg/hm^2,平均薯干产量9 712.5kg/hm^2,分别比对照品种宁紫薯1号增产13.44%和21.73%.宁紫薯4号块根平均干物率为28.98%,鲜薯花青素质量分数为207.2mg/kg,胡萝卜素为35.1mg/kg.该品种鲜薯产量高、熟食品质优、耐贮藏、高抗茎线虫病、抗黑斑病、中抗蔓割病,是一个既含花青素又含胡萝卜素的新型紫甘薯品种,于2016年3月通过国家甘薯品种鉴定委员会的鉴定.栽培技术研究表明,鲜薯和薯干产量肥料处理间差异极显著,本试验中以N,P_2O_5,K_2O的施用量分别为112.5,75.0,180.0kg/hm^2时鲜薯产量最高.
A new sweetpotato variety,Ningzishu 4,was developed from the progeny of a cross Xuzishu 5×Ningzishu 1 by multi-identification and investigation.The results of the national sweetpotato regional trial in Yangtze River region tested in 2014~2015showed that the average fresh root yield and dry matter yield of Ningzishu 4were33 637.5kg/hm^2 and 9 712.5kg/hm^2,higher than that of control variety Ningzishu 1,which increased 13.44%and 21.73% respectively.Ningzishu 4has the advantages of high yield,good quality,safe storage,high resistant to stem nematode,resistant to black rot and middle resistant to fusarium wilt.Dry matter content was 28.98%,fresh weight anthocyanin and carotene content were 207.2mg/kg and 35.1mg/kg respectively.It is a new type of purple sweetpotato varieties containing not only anthocyanin but also carotene.Ningzishu 4 was identified by the National Sweetpotato New Varieties Appraisal Committee in 2016.The study on cultivation technology indicated that fertilizer had significant effect on the fresh root yield and dry matter yield of Ningzishu 4.The highest root yield had been obtained when N 112.5kg/hm^2,P_2O_5 75.0kg/hm^2,and K_2O 180.0kg/hm^2 were applied in this experiment.
