摘要
针对传统舵面测量方法的弊端,提出了一种新型的舵面偏角自动化测量系统。通过分析测量系统各组成部分的工作原理及布局,对整体测量系统的设计及详细实现方案进行了论证,表明该新型舵面偏角测量系统能够节省人力、提高生产效率、缩短生产周期。
At present, the landing gear position signal and the cabin door signal of a certain type of aircraft are realized by the mechanical micro-switch,which has the disadvantages such as complicated installation and debugging, difficult realization of signal logic combination, etc. Replacing the original mechanical micro-switch with the proximity sensor as the signal source, the paper develops the proximity sensor system electronic control device to achieve the collection and processing of aircraft landing gear and hatch signal, and form a complete proximity sensor system to perform functions such as display,control,and alarm of landing gear and hatch signal, and ultimately improve the reliability of landing gear and cabin door signal system and reduce maintenance workload.
