基于ABAQUS的陶瓷表面织构化的三维摩擦仿真分析

摘要 表面织构技术在降低摩擦、减小磨损、改善润滑、提高承载力等方面具有优异的表现,并逐渐成为解决摩擦磨损问题的一种手段。其中沟织构型表面织构由于其加工方便、价格低廉等特点,成为最具工业应用潜力的一种表面织构形式。运用ABAQUS有限元软件对陶瓷材料织构表面在织沟不同间距、不同深度时的等效应力和接触温度进行三维摩擦模拟分析。仿真结果表明,织构型非光滑表面的等效应力、接触温度均相应小于光滑表面,织构型表面可以减少应力集中,有效降低摩擦接触温度。对研究织构表面变形机理和进行变形预报有一定的借鉴意义。 The surface texture technology is extremely efficient in reducing friction, lowering wear, improving lubrication and enhancing bearing capacity, and gradually becomes a means to solve the problems of friction and wear. Among them,groove texture has become a kind of surface texture with the greatest application potential because of its convenience and low cost. ABAQUS finite element software is used to simulate the friction and stress of the textured surface of ceramic materials in different grooves and different depths. The simulation results show that the equivalent stress and contact temperature of textured non-smooth surface are lower than those of smooth surface, and the surface of woven fabric can reduce stress concentration and effectively reduce the frictional contact temperature. This will be of referential significance for studying the deformation mechanism of textured surface and deformation prediction.
