摘要
介绍了基于单片机径向综合误差测量仪的设计方法。根据报废的齿轮双面啮合综合检查仪的机械硬件结构与测量原理和测量精度的要求,选择相应的传感器,设计配套的测量硬件系统,应用汇编语言编写测量系统的软件程序,所设计的仪器大大提高了径向综合误差的测量精度、提高测量效率,实现了径向综合误差、一齿径向综合误差的数字显示。
This paper introduces the design method of radial integrated error measuring instrument based on single chip microcomputer. According to the mechanical hardware structure, measuring principle and precision of the double -sided meshing comprehensive inspection instrument, the corresponding sensor is selected, the hardware system is designed and the software program of the measurement system is written in assembly language. The designed instrument greatly improves the accuracy of the radial integrated error measurement and the measurement efficiency, and achieves the digital display of both radial integrated error and a tooth radial integrated error.
