摘要
介绍了FANUC数控系统的宏程序编程使用技巧、宏程序变量和运算的特点、宏程序和数学与计算机软件的关联。以椭圆编程为例,完成某零件编程和仿真加工全过程。以此说明宏程序的优越性和提高机床性能,以及编程事半功倍的特点。
This paper introduces programming skills, macro variables and computing features of FANUC NC system macro program, association of macro programs and mathematics and computer software. Taking ellipse programming as an example, programming and machine simulation of a workpiece are achieved to illustrate the superiority of the macro program and improve the performance of the machine, as well as the high efficiency of programming.
