摘要
中高档数控装置控制面板常配置有速度倍率修调旋钮,用于在数控机床加工过程中适当调节进给速度,以兼顾较高的数控零件加工的效率和质量。文中解析了数控机床进给速度调节及其控制方法,介绍了华中数控中高档数控装置配置的进给速度倍率修调模块硬件及软件实现方法。
The control panel of the middle and high grade numerical control device is often equipped with a feed override adjusting knob, which is used to adjust the feed speed in the process of NC machining for improving efficiency and quality. This paper analyzes the calculation and control method of CNG machine tool feed speed. The hardware design and software implementation method of the middle and high grade numerical control device of Huazhong CNC system are introduced.
