摘要
通过详细的功能使用和结构特点的过程论述,从实际应用出发,阐述了移动驾驶室的工作原理,介绍了越野集装箱正面吊运机选择移动驾驶室的必要性,建立了数学模型,应用Solid Works三维软件的建模功能,对越野集装箱正面吊运机的移动驾驶室处于车架所在位置结构进行了三维建模,同时对移动驾驶室能否完成移动功能进行了材料结构及油缸受力安全系数计算校核,给出了计算校核结论。
This paper introduces the necessity of a rough terrain container reach stacker to select the mobile cab. The mathematical model is established, and the modeling function of Solid Works 3D software is used to model the position of the mobile cab of rough-terrain container reach stacker. To realize moving function of the moving cab, the dynamic structure of the mobile cab and the calculation of the safety factor of the cylinder force are given, and the calculation conclusion is given.
