摘要
目前某弯管机主要弯制直径DN20~DN65、壁厚3 mm以内的管道,弯制能力弱,加工范围有限,无法满足管道工程施工中大直径、厚管壁管道弯制的实际需要。设计的大弧度弯管机通过优化设计主架、减速器、传动机构以及工作机构等,实现了复杂通道环境下的异形管道弯制,简化了工序,提高了精度和质量。
At present, a pipe bending machine can only bend the pipeline with diameter of DN20? DN65, wall thickness of 3 mm. Its bending ability is weak, processing range is limited. The pipe bending machine cannot meet the needs of large diameter and thick-walled pipe. This paper designs a large arc bending machine by optimizing the design of the main frame, reducer, transmission mechanism and working mechanism. The designed machine can achieve shaped pipe bending under complex channel environment. The process is simplified, accuracy and quality are improved
