长螺旋槽铣削工装的设计

摘要 在铣削螺旋槽或者细长轴类工件的过程中,由于装夹方法不合适,易出现工件颤动造成加工的孔径变大、槽铣斜、加工面有颤纹、生产效率低的问题,设计了专用工装和通用工装,显著地提高了生产效率,有效地解决了加工过程中存在的问题。 In the process of milling spiral groove or slender axle, improper clamping method may cause workpiece vibration, Which may lead to larger hole diameter, oblique groove milling, processing surface rippling and low production efficiency. This paper designs a special tooling to improve the production efficiency and effectively solve the problems that exist in the process.
