摘要
多输入MMC整流器是一种可以连接多个交流电源的新型多端高压变换器。针对多输入单相MMC整流器的拓扑特点,提出了一种开关组独立控制方法。该方法对同一桥臂上各开关组的调制信号进行解耦,并加入电容均压和稳压控制功能,实现了每个功率子模块电容充放电的平衡,同时保证了直流侧电压稳定。最后通过仿真验证了所提控制方法的可行性。
Multi-input single phase MMC rectifier is a kind of new high-voltage converter with multiple AC inputs. This paper proposed a novel switching group independent control method, based on the characteristics of multi-input single-phase MMC rectifier. This method decoupled the modulation signals of switching groups on the same bridge, and then added the capacitor voltage averaging and stabilizing strategies to make the capacitor voltage of each sub-module balance and the output DC voltage stable. Finally, simulation results verify the feasibility of the proposed control method.
