摘要
研究预涂膜硅藻土投加量、在线硅藻土投加量、滤布孔径、滤速对预涂膜装置出水浊度、跨膜压差的影响。结果表明:平均粒径为32.539μm的535 RV型硅藻土与孔径为8~12μm的滤布搭配使用,形成了均匀的硅藻土滤层。预涂膜硅藻土投加量为1.5 kg、在线硅藻土投加量为12.96 mg/L是中试试验最优工况参数。硅藻土预涂膜工艺在除浊、去除水中悬浮颗粒物方面效果显著,出水浊度稳定维持在0.1 NTU以下。装置跨膜压与滤速的平方成正比。硅藻土预涂膜工艺可以作为砂滤的替代工艺,用于低浊原水处理。
Influences of diatomite dosage, online diatomite dosage, pore size of filter cloth and filtration rate on turbidity and transmembrane pressure were studied. Results showed that 535 RV diatomite with an average particle size of 32.539 μm, was used with a filter cloth with a pore size of 8 -12 μm to form a uniform filter layer. Precoated diatomite dosage of 1.5 kg,online diatomite dosage of12.96 mg/L was the optimal operating parameters. Precoat filtration had a good stability to remove solid suspended particle, effluent turbidity was below 0.1 NTU. Transmembrane pressure was proportional to square of filtration rate. Precoat filtration could be used as analternative to sand filtration process for low turbidity water treatment.
