摘要
燃煤电厂脱硫废水受煤质和脱硫工艺补充水的影响,废水水质波动较大,具体表现为废水成分复杂、高含盐量、高腐蚀性、回用困难等特点,成为制约电厂脱硫废水零排放的关键因素。通过全膜法工艺中试试验研究,即管式超滤膜(TUF)+高盐反渗透(SWRO)+高压反渗透(DTRO)预处理和膜浓缩试验,结果表明该工艺可完全满足现行的脱硫废水零排放要求,可作为将来工程项目可行性的工艺方案。
The coal-fired power plant desulfurization wastewater was affected by the coal and desulfurization process of water supplement with large fluctuations in water quality. Specific performance of wastewater was complex, high salinity, high corrosion resistance, so difficult to reuse, which become a key factor restricting the zero emission power plant desulfurization wastewater. Through the whole film process in experimental study, which was tubular ultrafiltration membrane ( TUF) + high salt reverse osmosis (SWRO) + high pressure reverse osmosis ( DTRO) pretreatment and membrane concentration experiment, results showed that this process as a future project feasibility process scheme could fully meet the requirements of the current desulfurization wastewater zero discharge.
