摘要
目的探索及评价一种基于医学交互式软件的胫骨干螺旋形骨折模型的建立方法及临床意义。方法收集于我院行下肢动脉造影CT扫描的1例患者DICOM数据,通过Mimics软件对一侧胫骨数据进行相关操作后得到其三维模型;在3-matic软件环境下,对胫骨模型生成螺旋型骨折线并进行模型分割;在Mimics软件中通过系列操作后生成骨折模型。结果所生成的骨折模型精确,可根据实际需要行骨折线编辑重塑。结论此骨折模型建立方式简单、容易掌握,可根据常见骨折类型建立所须的骨折模型,满足临床中示教和手术规划的基本要求。
Objective To explore and evaluate a method of constructing a spiral tibial fracture model using medical interactive software and its clinical significance. Methods We collected the DICOM format data of CT image of a patient in our hospital. The 3-D model of the left tibia was reconstructed using Mimics software. Then we drew the spiral fracture line, based on which we segmented the tibia model. We imported the part of tibia model into Mimics software again. After a series of operations, we finally constructed the spiral tibial fracture model. Results The fracture model generated by this method could be accurately established, and the pattern of the fracture line could be edited according to actual requirement. Conclusion The method of constructing fracture modeling is simple and easy to grasp. We can establish a fracture model according to common fracture types, which meets the basic needs of clinical teaching and preoperative planning.
