放射专业住院医师规范化培训中开展PACS病例检索总结式小讲课的价值 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨开展利用PACS病例检索总结式小讲课在放射专业住院医师规范化培训中的价值。方法放射专业住院医师规范化培训(住培医师组,n=16)每周进行利用PACS病例检索总结式小讲课,并与该专业硕士研究生(研究生组,n=12)中进行的文献复习式病例报告小讲课进行比较,通过问卷调查和小测试评估两种方法的效果。结果放射住培医师组的PACS病例检索总结式小讲课的问卷调查评分和小测验成绩(平均分为21±2.4分和91±3.3分)均高于研究生组的文献复习式病例报告小讲课(18±4.5分和88±4.0分),差异具有显著性(P=0.038,P=0.032)。结论放射专业住院医师规范化培训中实施PACS病例检索总结式小讲课有助于其医教研综合能力培养,值得开展和推广。 Objective To evaluate a new type of archiving and retrospective case report presentation by using picture archiving and communication system (PACS) in resident standardized training of radiologists. Methods We compared two types of case report presentations: PACS-based archiving and retrospective case report among 16 resident radiologists receiving standardized training and conventional article review case report among 12 postgraduates. Quiz and questionnaire were used to evaluate the effects of both methods. Results The average scores for the quiz and the questionnaire were (21 ±2. 4 and 91 ±3. 3) points in PACS archiving and retrospective case report presentation group, respectively, which were significantly higher than those (18 ± 4. 5 and 88 ± 4. 0 ) in the conventional article review case report group ( P = 0. 038 , P = 0. 032 ). Conclusion Using PACS archiving and retrospective case report presentation can improve clinical skills, learning and research of radiologists on resident stand-ardized training and thus deserves implementation and popularization.
