摘要
问题本位学习要求教师充分激发学生主动学习的意愿,通过师生交流引导学生主动学习,以提升学生的问题解决能力。本研究探讨问题本位学习的教学方法在法学教学中的应用,结合教学实际提出问题本位学习导向下的教学步骤。问题本位学习教学方法能调动学生的学习自主性与积极性,提高法学教学质量。
Problem-based learning requires teachers to stimulate students willingness of to learn fully, and guide students to learn through the communication between teachers and students, so as to improve students' ability to solve problems. This pa-per explores the application of problem-based learning teaching method in the teaching of law, and puts forward the teaching steps under the teaching situation and the guidance of problem-based learning. It is proved that problem-based learning teaching method can arouse students爷 learning autonomy and enthusiasm and improve the teaching quality of laws
