盾构隧道端头杯型冻结壁温度场数值优化分析 被引量:7

摘要 结合南京地铁逸仙桥车站盾构始发杯型水平冻结工程,运用有限元软件建立数值计算模型,验证该模型的正确性,并通过减少冻结管布置根数来优化原冻结设计方案,对比分析3种冻结方案的可行性,以探求最佳冻结管布设方案。数值计算结果表明:实际工程冻结方案偏于保守,减少冻结管根数后也可满足工程要求。所得结果可为今后类似工程设计提供技术参考依据。 The finite element analysis software was used to build a numerical simulation model in Nanjing Subway Yixian Bridge station shield starting cup - shaped horizontal freezing project, and then the correctness of the model was verified. The original freez-ing design scheme was optimized by reducing the number of freezing tubes. Three freezing schemes were compared and analyzed to find out the best arrangement of freezing tubes. The numerical results showed that the practical engineering freezing scheme was conserva-tive and the requirement could be satisfied by reducing the number of freezing tubes. The results can provide technical reference for fu-ture similar engineering design.
