摘要 汽车转向系统综合刚度是影响汽车操纵稳定性的重要因素之一。介绍一种汽车转向系统综合刚度的测量装置及试验方法,通过分析汽车转向系统的受力状况,设计车轮固定装置,并对实验室汽车转向系统实验台进行改装,在此基础上进行试验。分别固定车辆左前轮及右前轮,顺时针或者逆时针转动车辆方向盘,同时利用方向盘扭矩测量仪测量方向盘转矩及转角数据,进行数据整理分析,获得了汽车转向系统的综合刚度特性。结果表明,所述的试验装置及方法可以有效地对转向系统综合刚度进行测量,能够用来进行车辆系统动力学建模研究。本文在进一步研究转向系统刚度特性对汽车操纵稳定性的影响等方面具有一定的研究意义。 The comprehensive stiffness of automobile steering system is one of the most important factors that could affect vehicle handling stability. A measuring device and testing method concerned of the comprehensive stiffness of automobile steering system was introduced in this paper. The force condition of the automobile steering system was analyzed and the fixing device of wheels was de-signed. Meanwhile, the automobile steering system experiment table in the laboratory was modified to do the test. We obtained the comprehensive stiffness characteristics by fixing the left and right front - wheel respectively, measuring and analyzing the torque and angle of steering wheel. The results showed that the method could measure the comprehensive stiffness of automobile steering system effectively and could be applied to the modeling of vehicle system dynamics. The paper has certain significance in the further study on the influences of the composite stiffness of steering system to vehicle handling stability and other aspects.
