摘要
本研究采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定了10种市售血浆蛋白粉的Ig G及氨基酸含量,并通过主成分分析法对血浆蛋白粉中粗蛋白质、IgG及氨基酸进行分析,为血浆蛋白粉的评价与筛选提供了一种新方法。经主成分分析,建立了血浆蛋白粉的综合评价模型F=0.45F_1+0.36F_2+0.11F_3+0.08F_4,得到了血浆蛋白粉的综合得分,由高到低依次为SUX9、SUX8、SUX7、SUX6、SUX4、SUX5、SUX3、SUX2、SUX10、SUX1。对前三个主成分进行可视化处理,10种血浆蛋白粉被分为5类,结合模型得分筛选出SUX8、SUX9为优质血浆蛋白粉。
The method of high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)was used to analyze immunoglobulin G (IgG)and amino acids in 10 commercially available spray dried porcine plasma (SDPP) products.Then principal component analysis (PCA)was adopted to investigate the content of crude protein, IgG and amino acid in SDPP.The study provides a new method for evaluation and selection of SDPP.An SDPP model (F=0.45F1+0.36F2+0.11F3+0.0OF4) was established through PCA.The evaluation model showed that the ranking of integrative quality scores of SDPP products were SUX9 (1st ), SUX0 (2nd ), SUX7 (3rd ), SUX6 (4th ), SUX4 (5th ), SUX5 (6th ), SUX3 (7th ), SUX2 (0th ), SUX10 (9th) , and SUX1 (10th).The first three principal components were subjected to graphical analysis and 5 clusters were obtained.Combined with model evaluation,SUXO and SUX9 were selected as high quality SDPP products.
