摘要 机体对长链脂肪酸(LCFAs)的摄取是细胞利用和调节脂肪酸代谢的重要环节,其中绝大多数LCFAs通过一系列膜转运蛋白介导的摄取作用进入细胞内进行代谢。脂肪酸移位酶(FAT/CD36)是一种分布在细胞膜上的二次跨膜糖蛋白,对长链脂肪酸的转运具有重要作用。论文对FAT/CD36的结构、转运长链脂肪酸的机制以及其表达调控进行综述,有助于更好的了解LCFAs作为重要营养物质的跨膜转运,以及代谢综合症时LCFAs经由FAT/CD36引发的发病机制。 The uptake of long chain fatty acids (LCFAs) plays an important role in utilization and regulation of cell fatty acid metabolism, the metabolism of most of which transport through cell membrane is mediated by a series of membrane transporters. Fatty acid translocase (FAT/CD36) is a kind of secondary transmembrane glycoprotein distributed in cell membrane, which plays an important role in the transport of LCFAs. This paper reviewed the structure of FAT/CD36, its transport mechanism of LCFAs and the regulation of FAT/CD36, which will help us understand better how FAT/CD36 transports LCFAs across plasma membrane as important nutrients, and how about the pathogenesis of LCFAs induced by FAT/ CD36 in metabolic syndrome.
