摘要 大型矿用挖掘机滤筒式通风除尘装置的工作原理是在系统风机的作用下,将含尘气流通过滤筒过滤,把清洁空气送入机棚内;同时,在滤筒上的灰尘通过脉冲阀清灰,落入灰斗被连续排出。本文对该装置在实际应用中发生的故障进行分析,从设计结构入手,对装置底架钢结构、风帽结构及其支撑、系统风机室结构、风机安装底座、螺旋输送机等进行了优化设计,优化除尘器的清灰方式,对滤筒系统的控制程序进行了合理的调控。改进后的滤筒式通风除尘装置普遍应用于系列大型矿用挖掘机的工作中,为提高大型挖掘机的出铲率提供可靠保障。 The working principle of large mining excavator's filter ventilation dust removal device is to filter air containing dust outside into the machinery house under the action of system fan,at the same time,the dust on the filter cartridge is cleaned by pulse valves and discharged continuously falling into the hopper.In the paper,the fault of the device occurred in the practical application is analyzed.Considering the design for structure,the steel structure of the device chassis,the structure of the hood and its support,system fan room structure,fan installation base,crew conveyor,etc is optimized design,the ash removal method of dust collector is optimized and the control program of the filter cartridge system is adjusted reasonable.The improved filter ventilation dust removal devices are widely used in series large mine excavator,to provide reliable guarantee for increasing the mobility rate of large excavator.
