摘要
针对木质薄板节子、蛀孔等常见缺陷,结合数字图像处理技术,提出了一种木质薄板缺陷智能识别与挖补装置的理论设计方案,介绍了其工作原理。该装置主要包括输送链、可移动平台、检测装置、旋转刀盘组件、操作控制台等部分。当装置工作时,木塞排放在可移动平台上,待处理木板放置在输送链上,在摄像头识别到待处理木板上的表面缺陷后,控制系统根据输送链的运行速度,将待处理木板停在旋转刀盘组件下方,由钻孔刀具、吸附装置、打磨装置和烘干装置分别完成缺陷挖除、木塞填补、烘干和打磨工作。全过程由S7-200小型可编程控制器控制,实现了缺陷的自动化检测与挖补。与现有工艺相比,该装置功能集成度高,优化了木材挖补的工艺流程;自动化程度高,易操作,安全性能好,人工成本低,有益于提高木材利用率以及增加木材加工企业效益。
Aiming at common defects like knots and holes on the wood veneer surface, combined with digital image processing technology, the article presents the design scheme and working principle of the intelligent recognizing and patching device for wood surface defects. The device mainly comprises conveyor chain, movable platform, detection device, rotating cutter assembly and operation console. While the device is working, the corks are set on the movable platform. The veneer is placed on the conveyor chain. After the camera has identified the defects on the veneer, the control system will stop the wood under the rotating cutter assembly according to the running speed of the conveyor chain. Drilling tool, adsorption device, grinding device and drying device respectively complete the work of defect excavated, cork filled, drying and grinding. Whole process is controlled by a small programmable controller $7-200, which realizing automatic detection and patching of defects. Compared with the existing process, the device has high integration; it can optimize the process and improve the automation level. It also can simplify the operation, enhance the safety performance, and reduce the labor cost. It is good to improve the utilization rate and increase wood manufacturing enterprise benefits.
