摘要
目前我国家具企业的排钻作业大部分处于半机械化状态,工人因付出大量体力劳动很容易出现作业疲劳和作业效率低等问题。通过对排钻岗位工人作业姿势的生物力学特性进行仿真分析研究,得出弯腰和半蹲姿势是引起工人上下料作业时腰部、脚踝和臀部疲劳的典型姿势。并通过作业优化研究,最终达到降低排钻作业的人体疲劳度,优化作业动作,提高生产效率的目的。
Drilling works in most of Chinese furniture enterprises are semi-mechanized and labor intensive, which due to various problems such as work fatigue and low efficiency. According to study work postures of workers on row drilling position in furniture manufacturing, the study reveals stooping and squating postures of unloading process mainly cause fatigue in waist, ankles and hips. The study aims to reduce work fatigue, optimize work motion and improve work efficiency by optimizing works on drilling position in furniture manufacturing.
