As one of the important development industries in China ＇s manufacturing 2025 plan, the Chinese instrument industry is also facing an important stage of accelerating the transformation and upgrading and enhancing the international competitiveness of the products. In order to ensure product quality,the need for automated instrumentation for its full monitoring. So it is very important to ensure that the reliability of the instrument is automated. Based on this paper, the reliability aspects of the reliability of the instrument are analyzed .
