Under the background of cultural education in 13th Five - Year, based on the characteristics of discipline and specialty, this paper discusses the importance, the principle of construction and the way to construct of the cultural connotation of the training room, so as to create a good cultural environment of the laboratory, and promote the quality of practice teaching.
