摘要 基于地方应用型本科院校的人才培养目标,为了探索应用型人才的培养模式,结合企业对技术人才的需求,针对化妆品及分析课程在教学过程中出现的学生对理论知识的理解比较空洞、课堂学习积极性不高及课堂质量不理想等问题,结合实际情况进行了有关教学内容、教学方法、教学模式和课程成绩评价体系的改革探索与实践。期望通过改革能提升教学效果,培养出具有创新研究精神和实践应用能力的应用型专业人才,为相关课程的改革实践提供参考。 Based on the goal of talent cuhivation in the local application - oriented university, in order to explore the training mode of application - oriented talents, and combining the requirement of versatile talents for the enterprise, to address the problems during the course teaching process of cosmetic and analysis, such as students'understanding of theoretical knowledge is empty, the classroom learning with low motivation and class quality is not ideal, the reform and practice about course content, teaching methods, mode and curriculum grade evaluation system are carried out combined with the actual situation. Hope to improve the teaching effect by reform, and cultivate application - oriented professional talents with the spirit of innovation research and practical application ability. The teaching pattern could be used as a reference for the reform and practice of the related courses.
