摘要
由于目前理论上的研究尚缺乏在实际应用中的检验,新的科研成果运用到生产中会出现各种问题,限制了工业生产中运用先进控制理论研究成果[1]。根据过程控制中典型对象的特性,开发一套用以检验理论研究成果的实验装置具有重要的现实意义。四容水箱是具有时滞性、非线性、多输入多输出、藕合等特性的典型对象[2],本文针对四容水箱过程控制实验装置,构建工业PLC现场总线控制系统,利用OPC通讯技术将Win CC监控与PLC/HMl工业控制系统集成一体,实现先进的系统辨识技术和计算机控制技术运用于工业控制系统中。系统采用PLC作为下位机,Win CC作为上位操作站,通过工业以太网完成对四容水箱的液位、温度、流量控制。通过Win CC监控界面的数据显示,了解现场工业生产环境的状况并对控制结果进行分析,通过对先进控制策略的调试,解决先进控制策略应用到生产中可能出现的问题。
Due to the lack of theoretical research in the practical application, the application of the new scientific research results into production will lead to various problems. According to the characteristics of typical objects in process control, it is of great practical significance to develop an experimental device which can be used to test the results of theoretical research. The four tank is a typical object with ~23 coupling characteristics such as time delay, nonlinear, multi input and multi output, and the four tank process control experimental device, PLC field bus control system of industrial construction,using OPC communication technology WinCC monitoring and PLC/HM1 industrial control system integration, realizing the advanced system identification technology and the computer control technology applied in industrial control system. The system uses PLC as the lower computer, WinCC as the operating station, through the industrial Ethernet to complete the four tank water level, temperature, flow control. Through the monitoring interface of WinCC data, understand the industrial production environment and the control results are analyzed, through debugging the advanced control strategy, application of advanced control strategy to solve the possible problems in production.
