摘要
目前全容式LNG储罐伺服液位计仪表根部阀选型无依据,常保守选用超低温深冷阀门,其采办周期长、成本高。应用Fluent软件对LNG储罐伺服液位计温度场进行模拟,得出伺服液位计温度场分布,为其仪表根部阀的选择提供指导意义,缩短了采办周期,降低了成本。
At present there is no basis for the selection of instrument root valves of servo liquidometer in full containment LNG storage tank and conservative selection of cryogenic valve bring about long procurement cycle and high cost. The fluent software is applied in simulating the temperature field of servo liquidometer in LNG storage tank. The results showed the temperature distributions,which could play a guiding role to select the instrument root valves of servo liquidometer in LNG storage tank, shortening the procurement cycle and reducing the cost.
