银屑病与代谢综合征综述

A review of psoriasis and metabolic syndrome

银屑病为一种免疫介导的炎症性皮肤病。代谢综合征是一组相互关联的代谢异常疾病。流行病学研究显示银屑病与代谢综合征有相关性,且两者之间可能是相互作用、相互促进发展的关系。本文就银屑病与代谢综合征相关性及相互作用的分子机制、临床意义做一综述。

Psoriasis is a chronic inflammatory skin disease,and metabolic syndrome is a combination of central obesity,dyslipidemia,glucose intolerance and elevated blood pressure. Many epidemiological surveys have revealed the association between psoriasis and metabolic syndrome. These evidences suggest the presence of each of the two diseases may promote the progression of the other. Herein,we review the association between psoriasis and metabolic syndrome,the possible mechanism of mutual effect of these two diseases,and suggestion for clinical practice of dermatologists.
