摘要
目的制备鲍鱼壳珍珠层的超微粉并比较其与珍珠粉的质量差异。方法以球磨法制备鲍鱼壳珍珠层的超微粉,酸不溶性灰分法测定酸不溶性灰分,ICP-MS检测其微量元素,HPLC-FLD法检测氨基酸的含量。结果鲍鱼壳珍珠层超微粉的粒径、酸不溶性灰分、微量元素检测符合《中国药典》珍珠粉的要求,经酸水解的氨基酸为8.6g·kg^(-1),游离氨基酸未检出。结论鲍鱼壳珍珠层超微粉是一种值得开发的资源,理论上可代替珍珠粉的使用。
OBJECTIVE To preparation the ultrafine powder from abalone shell pearl layer and compare -ts quality difference with the pearl powder. METHODS Preparation of uhrafine powder from abalone shell pearl layer by ball milling, determining the particle size, acid-insoluble ash, trace elements and amino acids by FE-SEM, acid-in- soluble ash method, ICP-MS and HPLC-FLD RESULTS The results showed that the particle size, acid-insoluble ash and trace element meet the requirements of pearl powder in the Ch. P, the content of amino acids hydrolysised with acid was 8.6g·kg^-1,free amino acid was not detected. CONCLUSION The abalone shell is a kind of resource which is worth to be developed, which can be used in theory instead of the pearl powder.
