摘要
目的建立同时测定白芍单体成分PLSS中甲醇、乙腈和甲苯3种有机溶剂残留量的气相色谱法。方法采用Agilent DB-WAX毛细管柱,氢火焰离子化检测器,以N,N-二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂,乙醇为内标,以程序升温的方式进行分析。结果 3种待测有机溶剂及内标物均完全分离,线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.14%~100.36%,RSD<5%。结论本实验所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于白芍单体成分PLSS中有机溶剂残留量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a GC method for the determination of three residual organic solvents in PLSS, a compound isolated from Paeoniae Radix Alba including methanol, aeetonitrile and toluene. METHODS An Agilent DB-WAX capillary column was used with ame ionization detector and temperature programmed control. N, N- dimethylformamide was chosen as the solvent and ethanol as the internal standard. RESULTS The eight solvents and internal standard were completely separated, and their linearities were good. The average recoveries were 99. 14% - 100. 36% ,with RSDs less than 5%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and can be used for the quality control of this compound.
