摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱法测定羌活中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用Hypersil-C18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.5%冰乙酸(30∶70),流速:1m L·min-1,检测波长:322nm,对羌活中的阿魏酸进行含量测定。结果该方法的线性范围为0.0807~0.4040μg范围内,面积以其浓度线性关系良好(r=0.99999);平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为2.04%(n=6)。结论本方法准确,简便,灵敏度高,结论可靠,可作为羌活的质量控制标准。
OBJETCIVE To establish a method using RP-HPLC for determination of the content of ferulic acid in Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygh. METHODS Hypersil -Cls column was used, the mobile was me/hangol-0. 5% acetic acid glacial (30: 70), at a flow rate of 1 mL rain - 1, the detection wavelength was 322nm, and column temperature was room temperature. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear( r = 0. 99998 )in the rang of 0. 0807 - 0. 4040ug for ferulic acid, the mean recovery was 99. 84% , with RSD 2.04% ( n = 6). CONCLUSION This method is accurate, simple, sensitive and reliable, and it can be used as the quality control of Rhizoma et Radix No- topterygh.
