摘要
丁苯酞是临床用于治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损改善的主要治疗药物。本文对丁苯酞在缺血性脑卒中、阿尔兹海默病、帕金森病、肌萎缩侧索硬化症等神经系统性疾病的机制进行综述与展望,为拓展该药的适应症研究提供参考。
Butylphthalide is a primary drug for treatment of ischemic stroke and can improve the recovery of patients＇ damaged neurological function. This paper retrospectively reviews the literature on butylphthalide and summarizes its ischemic stroke, Alzheimer disease （ AD）, Parkinson＇s disease （ PD）, Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis （ALS） and other neural systemic disease, so as to provide the references for further development of the new indications of Butylphthalide.
