摘要
采用文献资料法、实验法和数理统计法,分析讨论六种不同负荷篮球运动对学生体质产生的影响。结果表明:小学四年级六个实验班监测平均心率都在预设范围内,实验班的不同运动负荷强度干预成功;相同持续运动时间,篮球运动的强度越大,整节课的运动负荷越大。相同运动强度,篮球运动持续时间越长整节课的运动负荷越大;时间维度上,体质指标的均值都有不同程度的增长均存在显著性差异,表明任意运动负荷都会影响学生的体质,但程度有所不同,持续10min、5min大强度和10min中等强度篮球运动对改善学生速度、力量、耐力具有促进作用,不同运动负荷的篮球运动对小学四年级学生的身体形态影响无显著性差异。
By using the methods of literature,experiments and mathematical statistics, this paper analyzes the impact of basketball under six different loads on the pupils' physique. The results show that: it is in the preset range of the average heart rate monitoring in six experimental classes in fourth grade,and it is successful to the experimental class of different sports load intensity intervention, on the same training time,the greater the intensity of basketball playing, the larger the whole class sports load. The same exercise intensity,the longer the duration of basketball playing, the larger the class load, in the time dimension, the physical index means has different degree growth and there are significant differences, indicates that any exercise load will affect the students' physical fitness, but the degree is different, sustained lOmin or 5min high intensity and lOmin moderate strength of basketball have promoting effects on students' speed, strength and endurance,there was no significant difference in the body shape of the fourth-year students in different exercise load of basketball.
