汉代道家经典《淮南子》中关涉"商鞅"的论述较多,具有丰富深刻的政治思想蕴涵。《淮南子》严厉批判商鞅政治实践的不义性、不德性,认为其代表的秦政发展重"具"轻"道"、重"君"轻"民"、重"利"轻"义",在"治道"理念上存在根本缺陷,实践中只能导致以法残民的暴政恶果。借鉴秦政治道的反面教训,《淮南子》深刻反思商鞅政治实践的历史弊端,从无为政治、仁义政治、民本政治等方面探索与构建汉代黄老新治道理念。《淮南子》对商鞅及秦政发展的治道省察,突显出西汉前期思想家强烈的亡秦史鉴、治道革新、汉政求治和民本复兴等历史精神,这在秦汉历史条件下,具有可贵的进步意义。

There＇re a lot about the content of the ShangYang in the Huainanzi and it has the rich profound political connotation. Huainanzi severely criticized ShangYang non-moral political practice and thought it has fundamental flaw in political philosophy. Through the reflection of ShangYang political ideas and practice, Huainanzi has tried to rebuild the development of the western Han dynasty governance concept and promoted its healthy development. Under the condition of the history of Qin and Han dynasties, Huain- anzi＇s reflections on ShangYang and the Qin dynasty political development not only displays a strong spirit of people-oriented politics, but also have the historical progress of positive significance.
