对中韩贸易发展潜在性问题的思考

Thoughts on Underlying Problems of Trade Between China and South Korea

中韩两国相互在对方对外贸易中的地位越来越高。韩国已成为中国第三大贸易伙伴,而中国则成为韩国最大贸易顺差来源国、最大的贸易伙伴国和最大的投资对象国,加上中韩贸易失衡也日趋严重,韩国已成为中国最大的贸易逆差来源国。把握中韩贸易发展新态势,要从解决存在的问题出发,加快相关政策的修订和完善,进一步调整和优化出口商品结构,大力推进高技术产业的发展,提高我国出口商品的技术含量,建设具有国际竞争力的自贸区等,从而形成中韩贸易发展的新格局。

At present, the develpment trend of trade between China and South Korea is that the status of each in foreign trade has upgraded and South Korea has been as the China＇s third largest trade partner. Meanwhile, China has been as the South Korea＇s largest trade surplus source, largest trade partner and biggest investment destination. The imblance of trade between China and South Korea has been increasing- ly serious and South Korea has become China＇s largest trade deficit origin. This paper has analysed the de- velopment tendency of trade between China and South Korea, and put forward existing problems and coun- termesures. Several suggestions have been concluded to form the new pattern of China and South Korea trade： acceleratig the revie and improvment of the related policies, further adjusting and optimizing the structure of export commodities, vigorously promoting the development of industry in the high-end, en- hancing the technology content of exports, constructing free trade area with international competitiveness.
