基于创新创业人才培养的高校教学改革探讨

University Teaching Reform Based on the Cultivation of Innovation and Startup-oriented Talents

面对当今变革的时代洪流,培养适应国家可持续发展和创造力需要的高素质人才,是我国高校教学必须面对的问题和挑战。大学教学必须转变,具体体现在帮助大学生夯实专业基础,提高自学能力以及分析问题、解决问题的能力;提倡自由的学术思想,启动开放的教学模式;同时采用灵活多样的多元考核评价机制,引导大学生以积极的态度健康全面发展。

The teaching in universities has been challenged by the requirement to provide high quality talents to support a sustainable development and creation of the country in the time of reform and changes. It has to change itself by helping university students lay a solid foundation in specialized knowledge, improving their capabilities in self-teaching, problem analyzing and solving, advocating academic freedom, implementing open teaching modes, applying flexible diversified assessment system and guiding them to develop with a positive attitude.
