“产学研用”模式下工商管理专业实践教学体系的构建

On the Establishment of a Practical Skills Development System for Business Administration Majors in a Mode of Cooperation between Industry

产学研用模式的提出为工商管理专业实践教学体系构建提出了新的方向。工商管理专业实践教学体系构建策略包括准确定位产学研用模式、优化人才培养方案、产学研用四要素的有机组合,即"研、学"结合、"产、学"结合和"用、学"结合以及改革评价机制。为此,从加强过程管理和加强师资队伍建设两方面提出了该体系的实施和保障措施。

The industry-university-researchers-users cooperative mode has offered a new guideline for the establishment of practical skill development system for business administration majors. Since the strategies to establish such a system include precise orientation of the mode, optimization of talent cultivation program, organic integration of the 4 participants in the mode （integration of researchers and university, industry and university, users and university） and the reform of assessment, the paper proposed some practical measures on how to apply and guarantee the system by reinforcing process management and faculty development.
