关于强化高校“党员意识”教育的实践与探索--以长春师范大学历史文化学院党建工作为例

Practice and Exploration on Reinforcing the Education of“Awareness of Party Membership”in Universities--with Party Construction in the School of History and Culture at Changchun Normal University as an Example

在高校基层党支部多数党员党性意识淡漠的现状下,强化高校师生党员责任意识对完成党员的历史使命、推进创先争优活动、深化高校党员教育管理工作的意义显得尤为重要。党员只有具备党员意识,明确党员的基本要求以及所承担的使命和任务,才能充分发挥好先锋模范作用。长春师范大学历史文化学院就党建工作实际情况和预期目标,结合党的群众路线教育实践活动,将学院党总支工作分为三个主要模块,以此达到强化本学院党员意识教育的目的。

Enhancing party members‘ sense of duty in a party member＇s historic goals, promote the activities universities is of particular significance to accomplish for excellent performance and improving the education and management for party members in universities when most of them are lack of Party spirit. A party member can only behave as a model when he or she is aware of his identity as a Party member and the fundamental requirements over a party member as well as their goals and tasks. The paper, on the basis of an introduction to actual achievements on party construction in the School of History and Culture at Changchun Normal University and anticipated goals, discussed the 3 major parts of work by the general Party branch in the school according to the Party＇s mass route education, aiming to reinforce the education on party members’ awareness of their membership in the school.
