通过调查,分析了目前高校计算机软件类专业毕业生就业和软件企业难以招聘人才之间的矛盾问题,结合实践探讨了应用型卓越软件工程师的人才培养模式,主要包括人才培养方案制定、具体实施办法以及突显应用型的实践教学等方面。

A new talent cultivation mode for distinguished applicationoriented software engineers was discussed involving the formulation of cultivation program, actual implementation and practical teaching showing its application orientation on the basis of current contradiction between the placement difficulties of graduates majored in computer software and the complaints of software companies about the difficulties to seek new employees.
