摘要
针对光气系列产品生产废水水质水量波动大、高盐、高COD_(Cr)及高氨氮的特点,提出了"高负荷好氧+混凝气浮+水解酸化+低负荷好氧"的主体工艺路线,出水可稳定达到该企业所在园区污水处理厂的纳管要求。本文对废水的水质特点、处理量及处理工艺流程进行了阐述,并对设计中的设备选型、工艺特点进行了介绍。
According to the industrial wastewater of phosgene products with the characteristics including fluctuant inflow, high high salinity, high concentration of CODc, and high ammonia-nitrogen, the process route of "high load aerobic + coagulation floatation + hydrolytic acidification + low load aerobic" was proposed. The resulted effluent can be stably reached the acceptance request of sewage pipe network in chemical industry sectionwhich the factory located in.This paper detail introduced the feasibility,throughput, process flow of the engineering, the equipment selection, and the process characteristics.
