不稳定供能反渗透海水淡化中试研究

摘要 利用变频器调控水泵运行频率模拟风能供能的特性,研究了风能稳定供能、低谷波动供能、高峰供能三种工况下反渗透海水淡化系统的运行特点、运行规律。研究表明反渗透海水淡化系统在一定范围内能够适应不稳定供能,回收率在20%~35%之间变化时,产水水质稳定,平均产水脱盐率在99.4%以上。 Frequency converter controls frequency of water pump was investigated in this paper. The operating characteristics and operating rules of reverse osmosis seawater desalination system under distinct conditions, such as wind energy supply, low fluctuation energy supply and peak energy supply, were studied. The results showed that reverse osmosis seawater desalination system could adapt to unstable energy supply within a certain range. The water quality was stable and average desalination rate was more than 99.4% under recovery rate changed.
