摘要
本文对反渗透制备纯水的设计思路及工程流程进行了介绍,工艺为"多介质过滤器+活性炭过滤+一级三段反渗透"的工艺方案。系统设计规模360 m^3/d,反渗透系统设计脱盐率>99%,回收率80%,产水满足企业对纯水水质需求,经工程验证,产水TDS≤20 mg/L。此外,文中对系统组成及关键设备亦进行了说明。
In this paper, the design idea and engineering process of pure water for reverse osmosis are introduced. The process is " multi-media filter + activated carbon filter + three-stage reverse osmosis". The system design scale 360 m3/d, reverse osmosis system design desalination rate not less than 99%, recovery rate of 80%, water production meets the needs of enterprises of pure water quality, the project validation, water TDS is not greater than 20 mg/L. In addition, the system composition and key equipment are also described.
