小型反渗透淡化机的设计与应用

Design and application of small reverse osmosis desalination machine

针对目前国产淡化机普遍存在高噪音、操作繁琐、空间利用率低等难题,通过剖析优秀的设计案例来寻找相关解决方案。首先对小淡化机的产品应用需求和工艺设备构成进行分析,然后从工业设计的角度出发,对小型反渗透海水淡化装置在人性化设计、创新设计、绿色设计三个研发方向分别进行研究,目的在于解决现阶段国产小型海水淡化机难以跻身中高端市场行列的现状。文章的分析结果表明:未来可以将工业设计更多得融入海水淡化技术,从而增加产品附加值,进一步提高国产小型海水淡化装置在国际市场的竞争力。

Aiming at the deficiencies on desalinators made in China, which is loud noises, uncomfortable operation and low space use ratio, relevant solutions shall be found through analysis on excellent design cases. Firstly, the product demand and the processing equipment composition are to be analyzed; based on industrial design, studies shall be conducted from three R＆D perspectives in- cluding humanized design, innovating design and green design so as to solve the current difficulty for small-scale sea water desalina- tors to enter the high-ended market. According to the result of this paper, it is possible for industrial designs to be involved into sea- water desalinating technology in the future so that the products can be value-added and the competitiveness of small-scale sea-water desalinators made in China on international market can be enhanced.
